POLICIES
Our primary concern at Gigi Salon & Styling Studio is our client’s satisfaction, comfort, safety, and enjoyment of the AVEDA hairdressing experience.
ALLERGIES AND REACTIONS
AVEDA products and hair colors are generally safe and rarely cause skin or other reactions; however, an allergic reaction is possible with any hairdressing products. If you do have a specific allergy to any plants, nuts, minerals, chemicals, or any other substance; or if you have previously experienced a rection to any hairdressing or color product of any brand, please inform your stylist before your service commences.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Gigi Salon & Styling Studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice, so we can offer the appointment to a client on our waiting list. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not arrive for your appointment, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee, and require a credit card deposit to confirm your next booking.
RUNNING LATE
To ensure that other client’s service is not disrupted, please call if you are running late for your appointment. We may be unable to honor your booking on busy days if you are more than 15 minutes late for your schedule appointment time.
COMMENTS & COMPLAINTS
If you have a comment or complaint about any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to discuss it immediately with the salon manger or acting manger.
If you would prefer to speak to the owner, please inform a member of our team, and Gigi will call you as soon as possible. We will, of course, address and rectify all complaints as a matter of urgency.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gigi Salon & Styling Studio Gift Vouchers are valid one year from the date of purchase and may be redeemed at our salon for services and/or products. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced. The original Gift Voucher must be produced before the commencement of service. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash: and fully or partially unused Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or extended. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to Gift Voucher appointments: and missed Gift Voucher appointments will incur 50% reduction in the value in lieu of a cancelation fee. Gift Vouchers terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Gigi Salon & Styling Studio.
MAILING LIST
We maintain a client mailing list, and e-mail-based mailing list, in order to respond and communicate with our clients on an occasional basis. If you voluntarily provide us with your postal address and/or your e-mail address, you are indicating your consent to be included in our mailing list, and/or e-mail based mailing list. If you prefer not to receive postal or e-mail correspondence from us, we would be happy to remove you from our mailing list. Please ask a member of our team, telephone our salon, or e-mail us with your request, and we will remove you from our database within 72 hours.
PETS
For health and safety reasons, we do not allow any animals into our salon-with the exemption of guide dogs.
PRIVACY POLICY
Gigi Salon & Styling Studio is committed to the privacy of our Salon clients and web site visitors. We will only collect personally identifiable information about you if you choose to provide us with such information.
We will never supply or sell personally identifiable information to any third party, advertiser, or data collector unless required to do so by U.S.A. Law.

PRODUCT RETURNS
We can only accept the return of damaged or faulty products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange partially used hair, styling, body. or makeup products.
RE-DO’S
It occasionally happens that your hair color or highlights may not turn out exactly as you wanted. If we have made a technical error in the coloring process we will rectify that error at no additional cost. However, if the application of your color was technically correct, but you do not like the result,
we can generally make further changes to your color, but those additional color services will be charged at normal prices.
If you wish to ask for a re-do, you must do so within 7 days of your original appointment. Re-do’s requested after more than seven days will be charged at normal prices. Whenever possible, we will do our best to schedule re-do appointments with the highest priority and minimal delay, however, it may not be possible to accommodate re-do’s on the same day as your original appointment if the salon is very busy.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Gigi Salon & Styling Studio regularly offers special services and AVEDA promotions. Special services must be booked and completed during the same appointment time as the main service. Offers are valid until published expiration dates and may be limited on specific days of the week, stylist category, and type of service. Retail purchases are excluded from all offers, and offers are not redeemable for cash.

STUDENTS
We offer a 10% Student Discount on hair and color services from Monday through Thursday with a valid student ID. However, full pricing applies to all appointments on Friday through Sunday. Student Discount does not apply to retail purchases.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
We will confirm your booking by text message, one day before your scheduled appointment. Due to occasional events and circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee this confirmation call service, and our cancellation policy still applies in the event that you do not receive a confirmation call for your appointment.
COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES
At Gigi Salon & Styling Studio all services include the stress-relieving effects of AVEDA signature aroma journey, scalp massage and hand massage and complimentary with every visit. Plus, we offer complimentary obligation-free consultation, coffee, AVEDA organic tea, red and white wine and the latest fashion and lifestyle magazines.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. At the present time, we do not accept American Express, Diners club, and Discover cards
ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
For the comfort and enjoyment of all salon clients, we ask that you limit electronic noise from laptops and iPods, and turn your mobile telephone to silent during your salon visit.
BANGS TRIM
Gigi Salon & Styling Studio offers complimentary “Bangs Trim” to existing clients for hair style maintenance between appointments. Please make a “Bangs Trim” appointment at our salon.
HAIR STYLISTS AND HAIR COLORISTS
All of our Hair-Stylists and Hair-Colorists are highly qualified professionals carefully chosen by Artistic Director and the owner of Gigi Salon & Styling Studio-Gigi Dzidzovic.
The team consists of:

The Stylists’ and Colorists’ progress is based on the length of their employment and number of client requests at Gigi Salon & Styling Studio. Along with their career progress, their service fees get increased.
